TableXchange, a device that brings cashless transactions to table games by enabling players to use cash-out vouchers, has been introduced by FutureLogic.

TableXchange connects table games to a casino’s existing ticket-in/ticket-out network by scanning and printing TITO vouchers. This brings a common currency across the casino, creating a bridge between slots and tables, and helps casinos identify valuable crossover players.

The printer/scanner further streamlines casino operations by virtually eliminating the need to replenish chips at table games. To buy in, a player gives a TITO voucher to the dealer, who places it into the device, which scans and display’s the voucher’s value on a touch screen. This enables the player, dealer and security personnel to confirm the voucher’s amount. The player then receives chips and a TITO voucher for any cash balance. To cash out, the dealer simply collects and enters the value of the player’s chips on the alphanumeric keypad, and TableXchange prints a cash-out ticket for the player.

TableXchange is fitted with a mag-stripe reader to record and update players club cards so players receive loyalty points for any activity at the game. The device also provides a selection of administrative interface features to assist dealers, including a programmable touch screen with player position, currency type, table-limit selection, manual printer controls and the ability to print promotional coupons on demand.
