Rubbermaid Commercial Products recently introduced an attractive recycling bin solution that supports recycling programs and enhances decor. The company has also announced an addition to its Avenue Series of waste receptacles.

The perforated steel design of the new recycling models combined with classically-styled tops provides an upscale look for use in multiple environments.

All models are constructed of heavy gauge steel (containing a minimum of 30 percent post-consumer recycled steel) in textured black, silver metallic or desert pearl Uni-Koat powder coated finishes or satin finished stainless steel. Included with each receptacle is a leak-proof, rigid plastic liner and adjustable leg levelers for stability on uneven surfaces. With a 26 gallon capacity, round models feature lift-off tops. Square models feature folding retainer bands to keep can liners out of sight and piano-hinged tops for easy emptying, all in a 29 gallon capacity. Purchasers can choose from three item-specific openings with protective vinyl trim.

The newest addition to the Avenue Series is made of the same 16 gauge vertical steel rails in a cleaner design. The UV stabilized Uni-Koat powder coat finish in black will endure harsh weather conditions to provide years of service. Additional features include retainer bands to hold can liners securely inside a 32 gallon leak-proof, rigid plastic liner, which is cable secured and has a lift-off top for easy empting and adjustable leg levelers for stability.
