Gaming Support and Alpha Video have partnered on a state-of-the art digital display system that is fast becoming the solution of choice in multimedia for casinos worldwide.

JackpotJunction XL/CastNET is a modular, server-based system that utilizes the combined offerings of Scala, U.S.-based Alpha Video and Netherlands-based Gaming Support to enable operators of multiple venues to manage and deliver wide-area multimedia and integrated gaming and non-gaming content consistently and reliably throughout an entire enterprise.

JackpotJunction puts the operator in charge of customer communications, allowing the operator to target messages to client segments across unique media areas, essentially allowing you to create your own media channels to deliver fun and excitement in real time everywhere in the casino and company-wide. You can communicate jackpot hits to every customer across your entire gaming floor and throughout all of your properties, sharing the emotions of individual winners with all of your customers — on the gaming floor, in retail outlets and restaurants, in the reception area, in their hotel rooms and, again, across several properties.

And because it’s a Web-based system its simple Web-form style features can be managed by specific departments within a property at any work station with Internet access.

Holland Casino speaks highly of the system’s “rich and varied feature set” and is deploying it across 13 of its 14 properties, marking it as JackpotJunction’s largest installation to date.

“The more fun and glamour we can add to our customers’ lives, the happier they will be to spend their leisure time with us,” says Marcel Kalmeijer, senior marketing communications manager for the Dutch casino monopoly.
